Registration is for general information only.  This is NOT Your table reservation.
No payment is required at this time, but you MUST Register to participate in any paid events.

  • To be listed in the program -  No later than August 1, 2023
  • Not listed in program, August 10, 2023 or as long as space is available  
  • All dates must be adhered to so that we can meet our deadline ​

Before, during and after the Festival:

  2. Please be on time to set up.  See Festival Schedule
  3. Please do not leave early.  It is very disruptive when someone leaves early, and there may be one reader who is looking just for YOU.  It has happened!
  4. We know that it gets cold in the building, so bring a sweater or jacket in case you do get cold.  We are unable to regulate the temperature.
  5. Please do not eat at your table.  We will provide an Author Snack Area for your convenience. Drinks are OK.
  6. If you need a table sitter, we will try to provide one, but maybe your new (or old) friend at the table next to you might help you out.
   Tables will be assigned and emailed to you by August 1, 2023  in final mail.  Tables will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis.  (No stampeding, please!  I will be riding "drag"!)

    By submitting to participate in the 2023 North Texas Book Festival, I agree:
    • To submit registration form and make any payments due online:

    • In order to be included in the festival program and online publicity register no later than August 1, 2023. Otherwise, PayPal & credit card payments must be received by August 15, 2023. All checks must be mailed in time to reach us by August 15, 2022.
    • To arrive no later than 9:30AM August 12, 2023 to setup.  
    • To bring my own books for sale.  All sales money will be retained by me​
    • To break down my area beginning at 3:00PM.
    • To promote my attendance at the North Texas Book Festival in my marketing venues - Facebook, Instagram, website, blogs, etc. to help ensure a large festival attendance by readers. (Tag or email us with your promotions. You may use our promotional material.)
