    2021 BOOK EVALUATION - Picture Books

    Evaluate the book objectively, whether or not you agree with the author’s point of view or style of expression or idiom. 
    Please do not discuss your evaluations with the authors or other people. 
    Circle your responses on a scale of 1 to 5 in which 1=unacceptable, 2= below average, 3=average, 4=above average, 5=excellent. All answers are weighted equally.  All questions must be answered in whole numbers only!​​
    Finalists will be announced November 23, 2021
    Evaluators, please submit all forms no later than July 20, 2020
    Please rate the following by checking the appropriate number.
