Welcome to the online NTBF Registration
​All Registration forms are online only 
**Be sure to read the COMPLETE form to be sure you do
not forget something you really want to do**
 Before the Festival 
Deadlines:
  • for registration (including paid ads) - March 15, 2019 to be included in the program
    April 2, 2019 (or as long as space is available)    
  • for book trailers - January 15, 2019 (to give people a chance to vote)
  • ​for 2019 NTBF Book Awards - December 31, 2018
  • for Chuckwagon Breakfast - March 31, 2019 
  1. ​​​​All dates must be adhered to so that we can meet our deadlines
  2. There will be no refunds

At the Festival:
  1. Please be on time to set up.  If you do not attend the breakfast, you will be allowed into the building at 10:00AM - no sooner.
  2. Please do not leave early.  It is very disruptive when someone leaves early.  AND there may be one reader who is looking just for YOU.  It has happened!
  3. We know that it gets cold in the building, so bring a sweater or jacket in case you do get cold.  We are unable to regulate the temperature.
  4. If you need a table sitter, we will try to provide one, but maybe your new (or old) friend at the table next to you might help you out.
   Tables will be assigned and emailed to you by April 3, 2019.  Tables will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis.  Be ready to set up as soon as the Chuckwagon Breakfast and awards announcements are over.

    MEMBERSHIP

    All active members WILL BE EXPECTED TO HELP WITH the annual Book Festival event and committees

    This help includes any or all of the following (some of which is included in the checklist):
    1. Sharing information to encourage participation.
    2. Helping with setup for Chuckwagon Breakfast (I will meet you there at 7:00AM)
    3. Helping reset after awards presentation (this can include setting up your own table)
    4. Helping a neighbor by table sitting so they can take a break
    5. Helping us clean up after the festival (putting up chairs and tables)
    PROGRAM ADVERTISING

    ​We are offering the following advertising opportunities
    ​in addition to what we are doing online and on social media
    Space in  the program is limited
    You provide art, if possible, please
    Or we can do it for you, but you may not get a chance to proof it, depending on time
    For one book and headshot, please provide the title you want us to use
    BOOTH RESERVATION
    Must be received by, 2019 if you want to be included in the program.
    We will accept reservations until April 2, 2019 or until all tables are reserved, then you will be put on a waiting list
    Your table number number will be sent via email by April 3, 2019


    List all titles you will be bringing so we can do some PR for you - program, website-FB, etc.
    Only six authors may be at the table at one time. If you have more that six, please schedule them. Please provide us with a list of the authors and their books so we can include them in PR.
    By submitting to participate in the 2019 North Texas Book Festival, I agree:
    • To submit registration form and make the payment  online or send check to address below to arrive by March 15, 2019 in order to be included in the Festival program and  online publicity. If you don't want to be included in the program or online publicity, PayPal and credit card payments can be made as late as April 3, 2019.  All checks must be mailed in time to reach us by April 2, 2019.
    • To bring my own books for sale.  All sales money will be retained by me
    • ​To set up my table in time allotted.
    • To break down my area beginning at 4:00 p.m.
    • To promote my attendance at the North Texas Book Festival in my marketing venues - Facebook, Twitter, website, blogs, etc. to help ensure a large festival attendance by readers. (Tag or email us with your promotions.)
